WHY THIS MATTERS

Important core beliefs about yourself can be installed early — by parents, culture, circumstance — before you're aware enough to question them. Some, like Santa Claus, you outgrow easily. Others are more deeply ingrained and harder to rewrite. Some are even bundled with a warning not to question them, so they rarely are.

These beliefs don't have to be true. They can limit what you feel capable of, and keep you from even trying — leaving you stagnant.

Noticing these patterns is how you see that you can choose differently, and open up other possibilities for your life. That's our intent: to help you see the scripts and patterns you're running on, and know they're not set in stone.

HOW TO START

It begins with something simple: observe yourself like you're watching someone else, without judgment — your actions, your inactions, your thoughts. Notice where that differs from where you actually want to be.

That gap is where you have room to affect things. Those are the areas worth taking patient, small steps toward.
