The Wave & The Ocean

Most people are like waves that forget their connection to the ocean

A wave can rise, crash, and disappear, believing itself separate and temporary.

The ocean never forgets.

When we identify only with our thoughts, roles, fears, and stories, we live like isolated waves.

When awareness turns inward, something subtle is remembered: the same depth moving through every form.

The wave was never separate.

It was the ocean, briefly expressing itself.

Remembering doesn’t erase individuality.

It softens the fear of losing it.
